This week marks for many, the first (and in some cases second) week of the school year. And it is slowly sinking in that I finally am done with that hoopla. The busy schedule that was filled out with classes, homework, and a sliver of free-time, is now a bit more loose with more time to wind down. I did enjoy the structure of my uni program, and will have to find ways to stay strict with my goals and deadlines, but I definitely feel a bit less stressed than when I was in school.

For those of you going to school, there will be classes that won't help with your future at all, and are really only required to keep you well-rounded (which is a good thing to be). For those classes use them to practice universal skills such as hitting deadlines, avoiding absences (unless you are sick in which case STAY HOME), and creatively applying facts to your situation. For example: around this time 4 years ago I was in an astronomy class. I avoided astronomy for so long because thinking about how the universe was infinite made me panic with existentialism. However, I needed a science credit and it was one of few options. The class was really dry, I was barely retaining information, partially due to my preconceived notions, partially due to the fact the professor's teaching style just didn't hold my attention. Then the end of the class neared and we were supposed to pick among proposed topics and do a presentation where we teach the class about our topic (so we had to know enough to answer any questions... which is so much harder than a normal speech). However, he also said he would consider other topics addressed in the book and I found my answer. There was a chapter on Uranus and Neptune. Perfect. He hesitantly accepted my request to do the topic and was off. I soon found that there were actually quite a few interesting things surrounding these gas giants, and had fun facts presented. But my favorite parts were making all the anus puns for my poster and speech (unfortunately most of them were cut due to my worry of being over our time limit) and the design of the poster itself, which was a fold poster where it had a painted version of both planets that stretched the entire board, and cut to be rounded to the shape of them. The cherry on top of the whole thing (besides the other students getting my puns) was that the professor liked my speech and board so much he asked to keep it as an example. Which means future student would see my pretty poster that had some subtle ass jokes pasted all over it c:<

And with that story, stay happy, healthy, and safe my Jellybeans.
