If any of you readers have tummy issues like me, you probably have heard of this diet, but for those that don't basically it's a very strict diet in which you cut out all inflammatory foods (ex. gluten, dairy, processed meats, onion, garlic) for 2-6 weeks and then slowly reintroduce them one at a time to find which foods cause issues. So you can be your own science experiment!

I am on week 1 of 2 of the elimination process of this diet (I'm doing the minimum because I want gluten again :c) and it is a struggle. On the bright side I know the first things I will reintroduce when week two is up?

I hope by the end I can have a better understanding of what upsets my tum and be that much of a happier Shinie.

Stay happy, healthy and safe, my jellybeans!
